WalkFrame（以下「運営者」）は、録音アプリ「HearSeal」（以下「本アプリ」）と、そのウェブサイト・検証ページ（以下「本サイト」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。
要点
- 録音・文字起こし・メモは、利用者の端末と、利用者が選んだ保存先（利用者自身の Google ドライブ／Dropbox）にだけ保存されます。運営者は録音を受け取りません。
- 文字起こしは端末の中で行います。
- 録音に署名してもらうために外部のサービスへ送るのは、録音の中身が分からない値だけです。
- AI サマリは、利用者が同意して使うときだけ、文字起こしとメモを AI（Cloudflare の Workers AI）に送ります。
- 検証ページは、置いたファイルをどこにも送りません。
1. 端末の中だけで扱う情報
次の情報は本アプリが端末の中で作り、端末に保存します。運営者のサーバには送りません。
- 録音の音声：マイクから録った音声。
- 文字起こし：端末に組み込まれた音声認識（端末内の処理）で作ります。音声を端末の外に送りません。
- メモ・印：利用者が録音に付けたメモや印。
- 録音の記録：録音の時刻、中断の理由、入力の種類など、録音が編集されていないことを示すための記録。
- 位置情報（任意）：設定で有効にした場合だけ、録音中の位置を記録に含めます。精度は設定で選べ、オフにもできます。
- 署名の鍵：端末のセキュリティ機能の中で作り、端末の外に出しません。
端末内の検索の索引は暗号化して保存します。アプリのロック（生体認証・画面ロック）を設定できます。削除した録音の中身は 7 日間端末のごみ箱に置かれ、その後、端末と保存先の両方から消去されます（録音が編集されていないことを示す記録は残ります）。
2. 利用者が選んだ保存先
利用者が保存先を接続すると、上記の情報（位置情報は記録に含めた場合）を、利用者自身のアカウントの次の場所に送ります。これらは利用者のアカウントの中にあり、運営者は見ることができません。
- Google ドライブ：本アプリが作ったファイルにだけアクセスできる権限（drive.file）で、「HearSeal」フォルダに保存します。
- Dropbox：本アプリ専用のフォルダ（アプリフォルダ）にだけアクセスできる権限で保存します。
保存先での取り扱いは、Google・Dropbox それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。接続は設定からいつでも解除できます。

Workers AI は、送った内容が AI の学習に使われない利用形態で使います。運営者は、文字起こし・サマリを中継サーバや Firebase などのサーバに保存しません。各社での取り扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
4. 運営者が受け取る情報
- 運営者は、録音・文字起こし・メモ・サマリ・位置情報を保存しません。AI サマリを使うときだけ、サマリの中継サーバが文字起こしとメモを受け取って AI に渡しますが、その中身を記録・保存しません。
- 運営者の時刻証明サーバと本サイトは Cloudflare 上で動いており、通信に伴う IP アドレスなどが Cloudflare の仕組みで一時的に記録されることがあります。
- お問い合わせいただいた場合は、そのメールの内容とメールアドレスを、返信と対応のためにだけ使います。
- 本サイトでは、アクセス解析や外部のフォント・広告を読み込みません。表示の言語の選択だけをブラウザに保存します。
5. 検証ページ
検証ページ（/verify/ ）に置いたファイルは、ブラウザの中だけで処理され、どこにも送られません。ページの設定で外部への通信を禁止しています。
6. 情報の利用目的
上記の情報は、本アプリの機能（録音、録音が編集されていないことの証明、保存、検索、AI サマリ、広告の表示、課金）を提供するためだけに使います。録音の内容を、広告・販売・学習などのほかの目的に使いません。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。
7. 利用者ができること
- マイク・位置情報・通知の許可は、端末の設定でいつでも取り消せます。
- 位置情報の記録、AI サマリ、保存先の接続は、アプリの設定でいつでもオフにできます。
- 録音の削除は、アプリから行えます（7 日間は元に戻せます）。保存先のファイルは、利用者自身のアカウントから直接消すこともできます。
- 本アプリを削除すると、端末の中のデータ（鍵を含む）は消えます。保存先のファイルは残ります。
8. 子どもの利用
本アプリは、子どもを対象にしたものではありません。13 歳未満の方は使わないでください。18 歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえで使ってください。
9. 変更
このポリシーを変更するときは、本サイトでお知らせします。重要な変更は、アプリの中でもお知らせします。

This policy explains how WalkFrame (“we”) handles information in the HearSeal recording app (the “App”) and its website and verification page (the “Site”). If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
In short
- Recordings, transcripts and notes are stored only on your device and in the storage you choose (your own Google Drive or Dropbox). We never receive your recordings.
- Transcription runs on your device.
- To have recordings signed, only a value that reveals nothing about the content is sent to external services.
- AI summaries send transcripts and notes to AI (Cloudflare Workers AI) only when you agree and use the feature.
- The verification page sends your files nowhere.
1. Information kept on your device
The App creates and stores the following on your device. It is not sent to our servers.
- Audio recorded from the microphone.
- Transcripts, made with the device’s built-in on-device speech recognition. Audio does not leave the device for this.
- Notes and marks you add to recordings.
- Recording records: times, reasons for interruptions, input type and other records that show the recording has not been edited.
- Location (optional): included in the records only if you turn it on. You can choose the accuracy or turn it off.
- Signing keys, created inside the device’s security hardware and never exported.
The on-device search index is encrypted. You can set an app lock (biometrics or screen lock). Deleted recording contents stay in an on-device trash for 7 days and are then erased from the device and your storage (the records showing the recording was not edited remain).
2. Storage you choose
If you connect storage, the information above (location only if recorded) is sent to your own account. It stays in your account; we cannot see it.
- Google Drive: saved in a “HearSeal” folder, with permission limited to files the App created (drive.file).
- Dropbox: saved with permission limited to the App’s own folder (App folder).
Handling in your storage follows Google’s and Dropbox’s privacy policies. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
3. Information sent to others

Workers AI is used under service terms where what you send is not used for model training. We do not store transcripts or summaries on the relay server, Firebase or any other server. Each company’s own privacy policy applies to its handling.
4. What we receive
- We do not store recordings, transcripts, notes, summaries or location. Only when you use AI summaries, our summary relay server receives transcripts and notes to pass them to the AI, without logging or storing their content.
- Our time-proof server and the Site run on Cloudflare, which may temporarily log IP addresses and similar connection data.
- If you contact us, we use your email and its contents only to reply and resolve your request.
- The Site loads no analytics, external fonts or ads. Only your language choice is stored in your browser.
5. Verification page
Files you drop on the verification page (/verify/ ) are processed only in your browser and are not sent anywhere. The page is configured to block outgoing connections.
6. Purpose of use
We use this information only to provide the App’s features (recording, proving recordings were not edited, storage, search, AI summaries, ads and purchases). We never use recording content for advertising, sale, model training or other purposes, and we do not provide it to third parties except as required by law.
7. Your choices
- You can revoke microphone, location and notification permissions in your device settings at any time.
- You can turn off location recording, AI summaries and storage connections in the App’s settings.
- You can delete recordings in the App (restorable for 7 days). You can also delete files directly from your own storage account.
- Uninstalling the App erases its on-device data, including keys. Files in your storage remain.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children. Do not use it if you are under 13. If you are under 18, use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes
We will announce changes to this policy on the Site, and important changes in the App as well.
